If customer cancels an order after it is placed, we will make every attempt to cancel, but if the item is in shipping or is in production and we are not able to cancel, a return authorization will be given for its return. Customer Will be responsible for Shipping Costs and Charges.
We are sorry but most items must be shipped via UPS or Fedex consequently we can not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes
- Returns & Replacements
- All of our products have a 60 day refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded, except in cases that that arise from our errors. All merchandise must be returned in original saleable condition. Items returned without all original packing materials, law tags, etc. will not be accepted. Items that have been washed cannot be returned. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges to return item back.
- There are no returns accepted for "Custom and Special Order Items". These include specialized name plaques and any item that is built to the specific needs for the consumer. These items will not be able to be resold and therefore cannot be considered for refund.
- Before returning an item please e-mail us with your invoice # so that we can send you a RA#. All returns should be sent to (unless otherwise noted)

- All orders must be placed on line. We do not take phone orders as we can not be held responsible for any typos or mistakes in a wrong product being selected and ordered.
- You can choose the pay by Phone or Fax method if you do not feel comfortable inputing your card on line. Please place your order and then call us at 913-239-0638 and we will process your order.

This is caused many times because the computer you are using has a firewall in place. Many times when you order from a bussines computer the network has a firewall. We track orders from a "cookie" and or an "IP" address. This firewall prevents the shopping basket from detecting the items that you have placed in the shopping cart. - In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, SportsFanoutlet.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. SportsFanoutlet.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SportsFanOutlet.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect transaction.
