Shipping:

PLEASE READ APPROXIMATE PROCESSING TIMES FOR EACH ITEM ORDERED.

THIS IS THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT USUALLY TAKES FOR ITEMS TO LEAVE THE WAREHOUSE.

The cost for shipping is based on size and weight of product. Minimum shipping is $5.95 for the first item and $8.92 for second item.

Trouble Ordering

If the shopping cart is not tallying your order: This is caused many times because the computer you are using has a firewall in place. Many times when you order from a bussines computer the network has a firewall. We track orders from a "cookie" and or an "IP" address. This firewall prevents the shopping basket from detecting the items that you have placed in the shopping cart. You will need to use a different computer.

Credit Card Denied

Please make sure you use the exact billing address that is on your credit card. IF your card has been denied because of a mistake in the billing address, you will need to close your browser and start over. Your credit card company authorized this sale and they are "holding" funds back for us to retrieve. Because we did not authorize this sale, for security reasons, we can not retrieve these funds, and they will automatically "fall back" into your account, usually between 3 and 5 business days.

Privacy:

We will never sell or give your personal information to an individual or company for the purpose of marketing or advertising.

This will happen if you did not put a proper e-mail address during the checkout process. We have received your order, but you will not receive a copy of your invoice.

30 day money back

All of our products have a 30 day refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded, except in cases that that arise from our mistakes. There are no returns accepted for "Custom and Special Order Items". These include specialized name plaques and any item that is built to the specific needs for the consumer. These items will not be able to be resold and therefore cannot be considered for refund. Holiday orders placed between 11/1 and 12/5 will be able to be returned through 1/5.

Returns

Before returning an item please e-mail us with your invoice # so that we can send you a RA#. All returns should be sent to (unless otherwise noted) SportsFanoutlet.com
